Training programmes are an important aspect in CSE’s constant endeavour towards Professional development

We work with all adults involved viz. Staff, Volunteers and Parents. The different programs and workshops that we organize in coordination with specialists from various fields are:

a) Ongoing Staff development sessions

Expert delivered programs and workshops helps to sharpen our educator’s content knowledge and keep them up-to-date with the latest pedagogical techniques.

b)Knowledge Transfer sessions are conducted by staff every Thursday along with weekly staff meeting, as a part of the continuing development programme. Here topics are discussed and decided by each staff member, and presentations are given, which is followed by Q&A sessions, all with the singular purpose of spreading further awareness and upgrading skills regarding special education.
